High Voltage Diode
VMI is your source for 2.5kV to 20kV, 5mA to 1.5A, and 3000ns to 30ns, glass or epoxy high voltage diodes. Choose from axial-leaded terminations, surface mount leads, formed leads for higher current ratings, or copper tabs.
High Voltage Optocoupler
VMI optocouplers range from 2.5kV to 25kV and come in several package styles. Choose from three different gains and long-term gain stability. All VMI optocouplers feature high voltage isolation, and are great choices for instrumentation operating In noisy environments.
XRS High Voltage Power Supply
VMI XRF type power supplies operate up to 50kV at 10W. Features include excellent ripple voltage and regulation, light weight, and compact footprint. These power supplies are perfect for use in instruments and to power X-Ray tubes.
