HPLC + LC/MS: Filters, packed beds (trap and guard columns), Quick-Connect packed beds and the new OPTI-TRAPS™ for large molecules, peptides, online desalting and detergent removal. All feature hand-tight holders rated to 6,000psi.
Instrument Replacement Parts: OPTI-MAX® Check Valves, seals, pistons and autosampler components.
Custom Development + Manufacturing: from simple one-piece fittings to entire fluid handling assemblies - OTI specializes in custom services including packed-bed products, quick-connect technology and complex fluid handling devices.

At ASMS 2017, Optimize will debut the OPTI-LYNX™2 family of Quick-Connect Filter and Guard Column solutions. The cost-efficient new product line is rated hand-tight to 6,000psi.

Additionally, Optimize will introduce the expanded EXP® Trap Column family (hand-tight to 20,000psi+) which now offers packed beds in 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30mm lengths with diameters ranging from 1-4.6mm. Packing options include 2.7µm and 5.0µm HALO Fused-Core® and 3µm EXP packings. As always, custom packing is available from Optimize Technologies.
