Booth # 1627
The only glucose meter FDA cleared for use with critically ill patients, the Nova StatStrip® Glucose Hospital Meter System, is being shown at the Nova Biomedical booth #1627.
StatStrip Glucose has no known interferences and brings lab-like accuracy to bedside glucose testing. StatStrip Glucose, the only glucose meter cleared by the FDA for use with critically ill patients, measures glucose and corrects for hematocrit, Maltose, and other interferences that can cause erroneous results on other meters. Use of any other glucose meter with critically ill patients is considered off-label by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Results are available in 6 seconds, using 1.2 µL of whole blood.
Nova is also showing its Stat Profile Prime® critical care blood gas analyzer featuring ZERØ™ Maintenance cartridge technology, simple operation, results in 60 seconds, maximum uptime, and low-cost testing. The 10-test system measures pH, PCO2, PO2, Na+, K+, Cl-, Ca++, glucose, lactate, and hematocrit using just 100 µL of blood. Also on display is the 20-test Stat Profile pHOx Ultra. Both analyzers feature automatic self-calibration, automated true liquid QC, and exceptional accuracy for emergency and critical care testing.
In addition, Nova will present CE-credited seminars on critical care glucose and lactate testing at booth 1627. All seminars are 30 minutes and offered on multiple days for your convenience. Attend as many as you like and earn CE credits for all. Pre-register by clicking here.
