Educational Mass Spectrometry
At the 2016 annual meeting, Extrel is excited to feature the IQ-2000, a one-of-a-kind educational mass spectrometer. With increased focus on mass spectrometry at all levels of educational institutions, this dedicated research-grade mass spectrometer features an open design and integrated textbook and lab modules. It is an ideal teaching platform with all of the capabilities necessary to provide gas analysis data for classroom experiments. Extrel is presenting on the importance of gas analysis in revealing metabolic reactions through breath analysis. The talk will be on Wednesday, March 9th at 9:10 am, in room B409, during the Biomedical and New Technologies for Breath Analysis Session. The feature will be the high performance of the MAX300-LG, a breath analyzer capable of performing hundreds of quantitative measurements per second.
