We have a new line of array scanners for devices of any format. Our sciTEM instrument allows for new possibilities in Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) sample preparation. For example, one can now deposit thin films of multiple different samples on the same TEM grid, allowing for the analysis of a large number of samples – perfect for screening buffer conditions.

Our new single-cell dispenser is making it very easy to isolate single cells from precious rare cells, with very high single count accuracy, high viability, no waste, and no dead volume; from as little as 2 ul of a cell suspension. It is an open platform instrument, with no proprietary consumables. The operation is very simple: using a high precision glass capillaty, we aspirate as little as a few microliters of a cell suspension. We then proceed to dispense sub-nanoliter droplets. We then observe the capillary tip with an imaging system. If the next droplet contains one and only one cell, we dispense it into any container (microwells, microtiter plates, slides…). If the are none or more than one cell present, we recycle the droplet. This achieves almost 100% single cell count in every well. Perfect for colony improvement programs, or for single cell genomics.
