The new Leybold Augmented Reality App allows Leybold to more efficiently perform their own service tasks and training, offering significant savings related to downtime, response times and operating costs. Leybold has been using AR since 2006, resulting in lower error rates. High res 3D graphics are projected onto the pumps exactly where the tasks have to be carried out. Apps can be created for sales, training and service scenarios for all Leybold products. Leybold AR can be used on smartphones, tablets and Microsoft HoloLens glasses.
