Cyanobacteria - Origin of Modern Life and Hope for the Future

Abstract

In this application note from the field of aquatic biotechnology, we learn how a BINDER KBW series climate chamber is chosen to research cyanobacteria, notably for its high temperature accuracy and homogeneous light distribution. The KBW series’ ability to retain stable parameters is allowing the Aquatic Biotechnology group to run very reproducible and strict experiments that are enabling scientists to examine the microbiology of iron, manganese, and sulfur cycles of specialized bacteria.
