Hello. My name's Pilar McKee from Peak Scientific. I'm the USA Sales Manager, and today, I'm going to tell you a little bit about the company and the products, our best selling products.
Peak Scientific are the leading manufacturers of laboratory gas generators with our head office based in Glasgow, Scotland. We also have a sales and service office in Boston, Massachusetts.
Peak Scientific excels primarily in our after sales service. We have service engineers throughout the world, and we guarantee a 72-hour on-site response time for any issue the lab may have.
Here are two of our main best selling products. First of all, we have our NM32LA Nitrogen Generator, which applies up to 32 liters a minute of nitrogen gas and has internal air compressors. This generator is specifically for our LC-MS market where we work in collaboration with many of the leading manufactures of mass spectrometers.
Our nitrogen generators, like this model, benefits are it's very small and fits comfortable under a lab bench. Also, it's only 54 decibels, so quieter than most of the instrumentation in the lab--also, minimal maintenance required with these generators.
The second instrument we have here is our PH hydrogen generator. Our hydrogen generators range from 200 to 600 CCs a minute. All the safety features of these units are in place. We have a visual alarm, an audio alarm. The generator will shut down after 20 minutes if it detects a leak, so it's a really safe unit.
In terms of the consumables, we have the desiccant and the filter bags, which need to be changed out every four months, and the deionized water necessary for the application.
