The NEX QC SERIES of benchtop EDXRF (energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence) analyzers from Rigaku enable rapid, non-destructive, multi-element analyses of solids, liquids, powders, alloys, and thin films at low cost. Specifically designed for routine elemental analysis applications, the NEX QC analyzer is ideally suited for industrial at-line quality control applications.
